Privacy policy

Who is responsible

This site is run by Harry Dowe (“I”, “me”). Print orders are sold directly by me. If you have a privacy question about an order or this site, email harry@harrydowe.uk.

What I collect

I only collect personal data when you buy a print, or when it is needed to run the shop.

• Checkout details — name, email, phone number, and delivery address, collected by Stripe Checkout when you pay.
• Order records — what you bought, amounts, payment status, and delivery details, stored so the order can be fulfilled and supported.
• Technical logs — standard request logs from hosting (for example IP address, user agent, and timestamps) may be processed briefly to keep the site working and secure.

I do not run marketing analytics, advertising trackers, or account sign-ups on this site.

Why I use it

• To take payment and confirm your order
• To print and deliver the order to the address you provide
• To handle support, refunds, or problems with fulfilment
• To keep the shop secure and working

The legal bases I rely on are performing the contract for your order, and legitimate interests in running and securing the site.

Who else sees it

• Stripe — processes payment and collects checkout details. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
• Creative Hub (theprintspace) — receives your name, contact details, and delivery address so the print can be produced and shipped.
• Cloudflare — hosts this site and the shop API. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

I do not sell your personal data.

What stays in your browser

• Cart contents are stored in local storage on your device so the cart survives a refresh.
• Order access uses session storage so this browser can show your order confirmation after payment. It is not a login.

You can clear these at any time from your browser settings.

How long I keep it

Order and payment records are kept as long as needed for fulfilment, customer support, accounting, and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised when they are no longer required. Browser storage is controlled by you.

Your rights

If you are in the UK (or elsewhere with similar rights), you can ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict personal data I hold about you, and you can object to some processing. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Changes

If this policy changes in a material way, I will update this page and the date above.
